Rafflesia riding item bugg

A few months ago I posted a question if anybody had the same crash bug I got from the rafflesia riding item. I stopped playing till today, hoping it would’ve gotten fixed. To my disappointment I saw that the whole item got deleted and replaced by a negative energy Zhuqioamon item (idk if I spelled that correctly lol). Did anyone had the same problem? Wish they’d just gave me the item I payed for lol, silly old me..
