I’ve been trying to watch my weight as I’ve gained some pounds due to working from home and not having opportunities to move around as much. Today, I don’t believe I ate enough. I had a good lunch at noon but when dinner came, all I had was a bowl of ramen. I thought it was enough but when it was close to bedtime, I suddenly got the urge to eat.
I was so hungry I was sweating. I ran to the kitchen and ate two bagels and a handful of M&Ms. Now I feel fat and gross for overindulging in food when I knew it’s bad to eat at night. I feel very guilty because I feel like I just set myself back…
