I have a bad habit of drinking fizzy drinks / soda probably an addiction if I'm honest. Normal the stuff with sweeteners in rather than full sugar, however with the aspartame warnings now as well I want to try and cut down. I also then drink coffee, milk and sugar a real sweet tooth as you can tell.
Anyone else been like this and overcome it, what did you do, I don't really like water on its own, love milk and I guess it's good for you however drinking full fat milk loads is probably not a stable sustainable thing. I know this seems like an obvious route but I find it's difficult, often moody if I don't drink fizzy drink and will power as well hence I'm here for inspiration and suggestions. Thanks
