With all the toxicity in diet and fitness subs, is there anywhere to seek healthy advice for meeting my personal goals?

Forgive me if this is the wrong place to post this question, I just don’t know of other places to ask (since most of these diet and fitness subs seems to be the same kind of people who would be promoting the borderline ED shit which is posted about here).

I wanted to know if anyone here happen to know of any fitness subs that aren’t toxic af and can offer good workout tips to people based on their size without shaming them or giving them bad advice. Because I have goals I want to meet for personal reasons, but I don’t wanna go somewhere for advice only to be recommended a routine that only works well for skinny people with a fast metabolism.. or to just be told to straight up fast.
