I ran my tractor out of fuel today. I'm struggling to bleed the fuel system completely. I've been able to get it run for long periods of time. Procedure
Put 7 gallons of fuel in the tank
1.) filled the filter with fuel. 2.) cracked the line going to the filter and pressed the prime button several times until fuel comes out. 3.) Cracked the valve after the filter and primed until the fuel came Out. 4.) cracked the fuel lines at the injectors and cranked the engine until fuel spat out. 5.) locked the lines at the injectors and started the tractor.
The tractor would run at idle for 10 minutes the die. Did this multiple times.
What am I doing wrong?
