I am seeking an OBD reader recommendations.

I do a lot of odd stuff/diagnoses on my own equipment and having a decent reader would be beneficial.

I am looking at GMC Duramax LMM with what appears to be bad injectors, but I am looking for a OBD reader that can turn on and off individual injectors, and give me the balance rates info as well.

Other equipment I am going to be working on are IR air compressors with John Deere 4045 tier 2/3 emissions.

My personal truck with ISV 5.0L Cummins (Titan)

What do you recommend for myself, I currently use BlueDriver but I need something that can make my injector diagnose much easier.

Budget is under $1000, but I would be happier spending under $500
