So I recently broke the 224,000 mile transmission on my F350. I floored it trying to get around another driver the other day and it shifted a bit harder than normal. Since then the it loses 4th once it reaches about 160* and the temps will continue to rise until I turn off overdrive or stay under 55mph. I'm pretty confident my issue is with the clutch or solenoid that engages 4th. Whatever the issue maybe I've decided to put in a transmission from John Woods. What companies out there write good tunes I can use with my PHP Hydra?
