6.7 Cummins oil catch can
Post Body

Hello, curious if anyone has set up a catch can on their truck, looking for advice on how to run the hoses etc, I’m not familiar with catch cans…..

I got a billet valve cover and a 4 port vibrant catch can. The valve cover has one hose coming off it that is 1 inch in diameter The ports on the catch can are the same size..

I started by using two small catch can filters on the two ports of the can and blocking the third off. Truck has 370k miles and may have a little blow by, oil vapor was coming out of the filters and the engine fan was picking the oil vapor up and bringing bringing it to the passenger side and under the truck, turned back to oil and had oil everywhere

So thinking instead of the two filters to run two hoses down under the truck a Waze but don’t know how far to run them and if I will end up with oil wherever the hoses end and should add a second can?
