Hello all, I have a 2000 Isuzu npr with the 4hei 4 cylinder turbo diesel engine. Was driving the other day and it suddenly began to over rev. Was able to get it towed home and when it’s started it immediately over revs. As if the throttle is wide open. I have Checked for bad oil seal on turbo letting oil into the intake. Engine has 225k miles. Any suggestions?
