I think he is studying, he is at an university or college, I don't know, and he tries his best to update the game, but he's not able because he has so little time left. When the updates suddenly started to explode again ( almost daily updates ) I think he was in a spring break. And if I'm correct, as I said before, he's trying to update the game but he can't, and, if I'm correct again, he should start updating the game again as summer starts.
