Help please.

So I'm working on a set for a friend, first time casting dice in a long while and in a brand new mold. I keep getting these spots of cure inhibition, but it's only on these faces. This is my third attempt. First one came out fine, just didn't look the way I wanted, and then from the second try onward I've had this issue. If anyone might know what's happening the help would be much appreciated.
