Firat and second attempt at petri dish

The first set (green&red) i really messed up, ignore that i know what i did wrong. But the second set, even though i used a sinking white it barely moved through the dice. I used 3 drops, the resin hadnt started settting yet, im not sure what went wrong. I mixed resin, piured it into my moulds, dropped the alchohol ink in and put it in the pressure pot for around 12 hours, (24 hour cure resin) then filled the rest of the way. Any advice?
