Best way to seal liquid cores?

Mine are huge it’s hard to hide. I’d love to hear war stories or bright ideas. I’ve tried making resin contact lens, petg discs, do I need to fire up my laser cutter to get perfection? Also do you inject through seal? Thanks goblin crew
