Interrupted playback issues, any solutions?

We have terrible internet service where I live, you can't count on it being reliable... Ever basically.
Is there a way to have twitch feed me the steam 5 mins delayed and let my PC cache the steam to ensure uninterrupted playback?
Or am I just stuck waiting till Wednesday?
