This is using my shorthand for stats as a DM, but I've modified vampire spawn stats to create:

• Diath, vampire human rogue (with sneak attack and UNCANNY DODGE)

• Strix, vampire tiefling sorcerer ("I've eaten lots of cutters like you before and I'll eat you too")

• Paultin, vampire human bard ("K......... Thunderwave!")

• Evelyn, vampire human oathbreaker paladin (who rides in on Mourning Glory, her Morning Lord symbols scratched off her armor, shouting "No one will ever go into the light!")

• and as a bonus, Dee, a ghoul human fighter ("Oi, my friends will eat you!")

Not everything is perfect, as I needed to keep the stats relatively close for combat / CR purposes (so Diath gets poisoned weapons a la Assassin NPC from the monster manual, and Evelyn ends up being a bit overpowered between her high hp, health, and smites), but I'm excited for my players to run into an undead Waffle Crew this weekend!
