Chastity Cage Help

So I have to wear large rings or else I get a burning sensation and one of my bits swells up and not in a good way. The other issue is I’m really small and a larger ring allows me to get out of my cage and I don’t want that. Was looking at belts on Amazon but they look too small and not sure they will do well in a diaper. Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions? Maybe a me problem being so big and small in all the wrong places?
