You’re the manager of your own branch, the big boss. You have extremely high expectations for all your employees and let them know about it. You’re extremely strict and constantly yelling and screaming at them. They just don’t understand how important all this is. It gets out to corporate how broederline abusive you are to your team and so they send someone in to take care of it. You sit there and scream and cry about their performance, which sounds a lot like how a baby acts. So that’s exactly how you’ll be treated. You’ll stilll be the boss, but you’ll be diapered and babied in front of your employees. Please share your kinks and limits and any ideas you have!
