Most noticable changes since 6.9: Most item winrates are down, ROA winrate going up, Diana's overall winrate has gone down
Hey guys, a lot of people have been wondering what the good item builds are, of course they're situational but I'll list some of the high win-rate items on Diana in the most recent patch!
