Is this a good Cushion Cut Diamond?

Hello,
Iām currently looking at different diamonds for an engagement ring. What are your thoughts on this cushion-cut diamond? After looking person at it in person, it looks great, has no cloudiness, is extremely clean and the blemishes are not noticeable, which are on the outer edges until you see them under a microscope, which I have done. They are extremely unnoticeable. I have attached the link to the report of the cushion cut diamond. Is this a bad or good lab-created cushion cut diamond?
