Question About Lab Grown Diamonds

I'm looking to buy my first diamond. I have decided on the cut “Round Brilliant” and have somewhat of the specs down but want to make sure I am getting a good deal or rather looking for the correct specs.

Knowing that I am going with a Round cut are there certain features I should have as a “Must” vs ones I can get away with. I believe I have found some good examples “Linked Below” but should I be looking at more details?

Specs I looking at

Carat - 2.89 - 3.10

Color - D

Clarity - VVS2-VVS1

Cut - Excellent - Ideal
