Headaches and nerve pain in the middle of the night?

(25m) Every so often I wake up at night with a terrible headache and tingling/burning feeling in my arms and legs and also like the back of my neck and shoulders I also have the urge to like roll around and can't sit still or it starts to feel worse and worse

I cant figure out any specific trigger, excedrin seems to help and last night I took tylenol and that helped I was able to fall asleep

Any ideas? I'm not diagnosed with anything I dont think its like a migrane or anything I dont get light sensitivity and its not a severe pain of headache it more feels like pressure and unbearable tingling feeling
