I’m pretty certain this is a cold sore. I’ve never had one before but I’ve been ridiculously sick for a week and my throat has a nasty infection now and my lymph nodes feel like they’re going to explode. Started out like a normal little pimple under my lip. 🥴 photos are a progression lineup.
