It started a little over a week ago when I didn't eat much due to anxiety. Now I keep having these episodes where I feel nauseous, and generally sick as if I have a fever except I don't. I've been eating enough for the past few days but I'm still having these episodes. I noticed that they come a few hours after waking up, after having my first meal. But usually I feel fine and even energetic at night if I eat enough during the course of the day.
During the day I feel lousy enough to mostly stay in bed even when I'm not having the episodes. I did notice today that my diastolic blood pressure was a bit low, at 63. I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I was suspecting some sort of malnutrition but I only didn't eat enough for a week, before that my diet was fine and I'm not anywhere close to being underweight. Plus eating well doesn't make me feel better the next day.
I have a doctor appointment on Friday but it's over the phone so I don't have much hopes for it.

EDIT: also even though I force myself to eat I've had no appetite for the entire week.
