Hi Drs if Reddit,

I’m 25, male, 66kg and I’m around 5ft 8’inches. I’m asthmatic and not super fit - I smoked 20 a day from 18-23 but have been quit for two years.

My big complaint that seems to be a recurring feature is dizziness at the top of stairs. When I go up the stairs in my building (around 50-60) quite fast, when I get to the top, I get a head rush that lasts anywhere from 5-10 seconds. After that it calms down and disappears. What is wrong with me? I’m really worrying.

Many thanks in advance.
