Hello I think I may have ulnar nerve entrapment.
Post Body

So about 2 years ago I went to lay down and my back got suddenly really hot and I had this weird numbing down my arm. It only affects my left pinky and ring finger and feels like they fell asleep. Google has said that ulnar nerve entrapment is the case for this but Iโ€™m still unsure. Is there anything else it could be? Iโ€™m thinking of seeing a general practitioner to see if they could recommend me a nerve specialist but I want to get a bit more info first, it has been causing severe panic attacks ever since it started and I canโ€™t deal with it anymore. The times it flares up is typically after sitting at my desk for a while. Also is there anything I can do to help ease myself? Such as remedies, exercises or yoga to help. Thank you all and have a great day. I can provide more info if needed.
