Brain anomalies and changes

Ever since the start of the year, through a incredibly stressful event I won’t detail, my brain has this weird pressure that slowly came and caused strange sensations. I don’t know the exact reason but at first it felt like a part of my brain had burnt and it felt like it was messing with my nerves I.e writing on paper felt different, like it didn’t recognize how I normally hand write. For a few weeks, my brain felt wet and cold, with the feeling of it completely drying after some time, then it repeats. Sometime later, it felt like liquid was coming out of my ear, but there was no liquid. I also started to feel more tired for no reason and more forgetful. A few months pass and it stayed in one side of my brain, the left side and it felt like my Left eye was incorrectly Seeing things even though I can see clearly and I would also have my left ear ring for no reason. Another few months and it shifts to my right side of the brain and does the same thing. It feels like my eyes constantly shift what size I see for words on a screen, and I have noticeable heavy feeling of my vision when it happens. I don’t know what this is and it frustrates me.

Tl;dr: Weird brain feeling that change for no reason with weird changes to my behavior as well.
