Pain in my left foot when trying to walk.
Post Body

Earlier today I was sitting at a psychologist and when I started walking to leave my left leg and foot was numb. I twisted my foot and almost fell down.

It was ok and I felt a little pain afterwards and could walk fine. However as soon as I came home I had a lot of pain when I tried to put my left foot down. When I put my foot down I feel a lot of pain in the flat part in front of my ankle(upper foot muscle).

I don't know why this keeps happening to me. Earlier also I posted about weakness in leg and arm muscles, went to the Dr who didnt do anything. Haven't been to the Dr again since my foot issues.
