Spot in the eye

Hello, I am confused.
Two weeks ago, I noticed a brown spot in my eye, near the iris. There's also a brown shadow.
At first, I was completely shocked and scared, so I decided to look at my old photos.
I realized that in 2017, I already had this spot.
What could it be?
The first photo is from 2017.
All these pictures were taken in different lighting conditions.
