I am a 25 year old male, the test I have had is a colonoscopy and CT without contrast. I'm having lower abdominal pain and noisy intestinal sounds that feel like trapped gas or an overproduction not sure. Feels like gas and pressure in abdominal area and rectum, as well as a gurgling sensation in lower abdomen and in rectum as if it's gas that having a hard time to expel. Mucus and yellowish clear liquid coming from anus. As well as thin flat stools that are sometimes dry constipated looking to tiny shredded pieces that come out. It feels as if I have gas that I can't expel, gas not moving properly through intestines, hard to have a complete bowel movement and expel gas like it's building up in my intestines causing pressure and abdominal discomfort causing tenesmus.

This has litterally tooken over my life, crap normal, and now I have this gas and popping sensation in rectum even pelvis, constant tenesmus. This is Terrible. The anxiety is terrible.
