Did a heavy workout and it hurts to move arm.

Doing a heavy workout at the gym and now I can’t bend my arm without being in a lot of pain, been three days since I did it and it’s not any better if I force it fully straight I can move it back and forth. If I move it then put it curved again it’s back to the worst of it also it hurts a lot more in the morning.
