Any Idea how Playstation trophies will work in D2R?

Since the games comes on Playstation too and considering that D3 also had a trophy list, I think it's quite certain that D2R will, too. But the game has cross-progression, so I wonder if you have to achieve alle stuff while playing on console or could get in on pc and load your save on console to get the trophies unlocked. Has anybody made any experiences in similar games?
