I’m not able to obtain a Helliquary? Are there any other options?

Image 1: Character with Paragon level at 250 Image 2: When I try to switch difficulty level, it asks me to meet Cain for obtaining a Helliquary Image 3: When I meet Cain, there’s no quest. He just tells the same message.
I saw in Google that there is a chance that I might have salvaged it somewhere. What are my options now? Is it the end of the game for me? 😭
