Like I said, not the best. Just a fun build. The key is Electrocute and Energy Twister can animate simultaneously. It eats your AP pretty hard so the need for Prodigy and some other AP renewal is needed but it can sustain even early on pretty easily. There is also the synergy between Arcane Dynamo and Storm Chaser constantly buffing each other. The only problem I've had with this build is not being able to see things on the screen =p
