Is the key to truly fast t6 clears In-Geom?

I'm sure most of you have seen Quin's demonstration of In-Geom on a Monk for t6 speed farming: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gxCvkp6zfLg

So it begs the question: Is the key to the absolute fastest t6 speed In-Geom? If you roll a perfect 10s CD reduction roll, it puts TP at 1 sec before CDR on gear, rivaling AW without the AP cost. Maybe put that together with TR6, Cosmic Strand, EB, Arcane Orbit, Frozen Mist (skills that don't have cast animations)?

e- So fucking hyped for seasons, I'll finally be useful to a group for the first time since vanilla.
