Looking to upgrade my wizard and need some help with what gear to change

Hey guys, looking for help with what to upgrade. I know I should probably get a new Chantodos Force as I don't use blizzard anymore. Also look for a mempo instead of tal rasha's helm.
Maybe a better question is what attributes on each piece should I be going for?
