Ding lvl70 season, look left, look right... now what?

Just hit fresh 70 monk and looking for a build to start farming rifts. Assuming I'm only wearing gear and can't take advantage of any sets or legendary. What's a good build to run PUBLIC rifts with?
Also, what gear should I be looking for?
I read most of the 1-70 leveling guides.. they get you there but not much once you get there.
