Are Phalanx builds a thing?

Post Body
I quit before Reaper of Souls and just started again and made a seasonal crusader a few days ago. I've been trying to base my build on Phalanx - I have the passive and legendary that make its uptime 100% - and am only up to soloing T4. Is there a Phalanx-based build? I've never played a crusader before but it's fun to run through and watch the archers murder everything. Am I going to hit a brick wallpaper T4 if I keep focusing on boosting Phalanx? Anyone have a build for it? Thanks!
