Advice to push my HOTA build further?

This my HOTA build based on the hota build guide. Instead of slam, I use frenzy to maintain 5 IAS stack and FnR. This setup can get me to around 42 grift, but I like to go further with it. Any glaring improvement s you guys can see with the gear, gem, skills?
