Goldskin - What Do You Think?

So here's Goldskin, one of the new Legendary items coming in 1.0.4.
Obviously the 100% GF and CoH to drop gold is going to be very promising for gold botters, but can it be used by normal players, too? For players who can already 1-2 shot enemies in Inferno Act 1 or 2, this could be a good piece of armor for farming I think.
And I'm also wondering how much people are going to be able to see Goldskins for on the AH (shopping them to botters, of course). I think a reasonable starting price would be 5,000,000,000.
