Surprisingly, effectively odd, tanky witchdoctor solo inferno build: this is why I rolled WD!

Post Body

I know I'm going to get some, what, whys, and no ways. I used to run a build using corpse spiders, tons of CC, wall of zombie, grasp, and hex. I got sick of kiting things with my medusa spiders and with IAS nerf saw my spiders doing less damage throughput than I'd like.

I was messing around one day after discovering Grasp of the Dead: Rain of Corpses applies a self buff that auto locks on nearby enemies, nearby comes to mean, the entire screen of what you can see visually. Manitou was a let down for me until Rain of Corpses opened my eyes to the possibilities of passive damage alongside the consistent damage of Rain of Toads.

This build works fine for solo ACT 1 and I still want to try it with a tanky on-hit CC, life on hit setup for ACT 2. Any thoughts? I'm using it for farming right now as I felt I had plateaued.

I don't have amazing gear, 400 /- resists, 3100 armour, 16,000 dps, with a scattering on on-hit affects, 200% crit-damage, 23% crit, but in close range I'm finding myself clearing much quicker than before without much damage taken or down time.

My manitou and rain of corpses is applying my on-hit affects, while my rain of toads is giving me modest life on hit return, with jungle fortitude and bad medicine keeping damage taken down considerably. I am wondering if someone could try this out for me in Inferno ACT 2?
