Anyone else not get their beta banners?

I'm confused. In the beta I unlocked all the achievements so I could get the bad ass Diablo sigil for my banner. It was bad ass. Now, in the real game the sigil is locked and tied to the Prime Evil achievement. I was under the impression that unlocking them in the beta would carry over into the retail game and that was sort of our reward for being diligent beta testers.
Right now the only sigils I have are the class ones I got for submitting banners on the diablo website.
