Greetings Adventurers,

Just wanted to jump out and offer clarification here about the preorder bonuses. So long as your game account is upgraded to Reaper of Souls by 11:59 pm PDT on March 31, you will be granted the Wings of Valor. Access to Valla the Demon Hunter in Heroes of the Storm will be awarded at a later date - more on that to come as we get closer to Heroes' release.

I think some of the confusion is happening because players have called up their own retail outlets who may or may not be aware of the bonuses and have referred back to us. I just want to be completely clear here - it doesn't matter how you upgrade Diablo III to RoS, so long as the upgrade happens before that date you're good!

If you already upgraded, but still don't see the Wings of Valor, please check our recent post which can be found here. As a quick recap, although it can sometimes take a bit of time to have the wings show up in game, you'll want to be checking the message icon down in the lower left corner of the game screen (when you're logged into a character). There will eventually be a message there entitled, "RoS Preorder: Wings of Valor".
