My attack power is around 2500 for my frozen orb sorcerer build but I’m focusing on more than that, such as resource regeneration and mana per second, is it worth sacrificing intelligence for that?

I’m level 60, and while I’ve seen my friends with 10,000 and 19,000 AP mine is only 2500, but I can hold my own, I assume b of non physical damage. My frozen orbs are powerful but I want them more powerful, when fighting in T3, so do I still need to focus on intelligence or just let the chips fall where they may while building my resource to practically be unstoppable?
