Season 2 these are not powers!!

I enjoy diablo 4 a good deal. However the promised us vampire powers. The season mechanics isn't bad but it's bland. Can I use any of these things no so they are passives not powers. I am enjoying playing but feel this will get boring as it just isn't noticeable. No new skills or unique legendaries for this season or powers. Yes I know they added new uniques. I mean things unique to vampire. Maybe a legendary for barbs that heals for all enemies bleeding. Stuff like that.
