Rotary tool vs oscillating tool

I got the oscillating tool and I found it to come in very very handy.

I've been considering purchasing the rotary tool under one of the buy one get one deals but I'm not sure if I'm going to be using it that much or how much you said would have for it.

So I'm curious if people have found it useful and usable or if the oscillating tool is more than enough to do what that does plus more?

Edit 1 also if I don't get the rotary tool I'll probably end up getting another one of the 9:00 a.m. flexible batteries by hacking one of the home Depot deals again
