Declaration of Sovereignty of the British Empire

We the people of the British Empire, in order to establish control, to form a more perfect union, to ensure entertainment, and secure the blessings of liberty for ourselves and our posterity, do proclaim these Declarations for the British Empire.

Our Declaration on our Right to Invade

Prudence will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; but when a long train of abuses and usurpations have been perpetuated against there people, and more importantly, we want your land there comes a time when it is our right, our duty, to remove such government, and to provide new guards and a new revenue in tax. We claim for ourselves the right to invade a third the server, and thus demand that any crimes committed prior to the establishment of our nation be considered null and void. The British Empire declares that any individual or entity that chooses to join our cause will receive an official pardon and total amnesty for any actions taken in the past.

Our Declaration against the Principle of Permapearling

In recognition that one’s most valued possession is liberty, and that the deprivation thereof constitutes a punishment of the most severe degree, and that any fair and just entity may only enforce punishment that is proportionate to the crime, We the people declare that that to indefinitely imprison any individual constitutes a violation of the most fundamental human right.

In every violation of right there exists a call to morality, a call to justice - a call to arms. We demand that any state, entity, or individual complicit in the atrocity of permapearling is held responsible. We hereby reserve the use of force - be it diplomatic, economic, or military - to answer our responsibility to protect.

Our Declaration on the Existence of War

Whereas the server exists in a fundamental state of anarchy that is not constitutive of stability, and in recognition that this anarchy is zero-sum and that one entity may only prosper at the expense of another, We the people establish the right to negotiate non-aggression pacts with any state, entity, or individual we so choose. In recognition that the absence of peace is war, we must therefore conclude that any armored individual not party to a valid non-aggression pact is an enemy combatant. We regretfully concede that in the absence of any laws of war, any civilians not party to current non-aggression pacts may suffer the same fate.

In recognition that too many travesties of justice have occurred under existing governance, the sovereign empire of britain hereby establishes the Civcraft Royal Court, which shall have cardinal and overriding jurisdiction over any prisoner bound to the End. All players have the right to a trial via the Civcrafts Royal Court. All players will be granted the opportunity to pay reparations.
