Yesterday, I logged onto Devoted as I occassionally do. I decided it would be a good idea to go homestead in Veritas because I'd heard that they were pearling people for "no reason". To make a long story short, I trespassed, checked out their sexy vault, refused to leave, and was exile pearled by Coni_s2.
Now, in the past, players have wondered/explored "hot zones" (claims of nations that are currently at war) and been pearled - which has been used as justification for attack. I think this is petty and dumb. Trespassing is trespassing - no matter how beloved you are by the general community. I think a nation ought to have the right to enforce its border and punish trespassers to deter them from trespassing again - especially in times of war or tension.
Veritas freed me later last night.
