Choson, my city-state, is an active yet very small state. I've come to admit that I alone cannot serve the needs and benefits that a large State could offer, such as immediate access to markets and defense.

I very much care for Choson's future-term success. I am investing in rail tunnels as well as guaranteeing all citizens free state housing, but I feel that this is going to waste without an adequate number of citizens.

Plainly put, I would like Choson to join another State as a Prefecture of sorts. We offer a central location near 0,0 as well as beautiful ocean mountain terrain. Choson is looking to join a structured state preferrably with party politics and a capitalist tilt that promotes investment in the community rather than the hording of materials until the end of the map.
