So, lots of opportunity for creative expression. I'm hoping some somewhat competent builders will go after this - otherwise you're wasting your time and my money.

Once I've approved of the design (I'll need to see pics of it from creative), I'll make a downpayment of 15 diamonds and in exchange you give me admin access to the group you're building the complex with.

I will supply all of the reinforcement (stone).

This is a time sensitive thing, so you're getting the big cash in the expectation that this gets finished before October 1st.

EDIT: Looks like a lot are interested! PM me images of your concept design by Tuesday (the 27th) and I'll make a decision the following day.

I plan to commission at least a few more builds (a castle, a bridge, and a monument are on mind), so I'll let y'all know via a similar post to this in the future.
