Runescape Wildy
Post Body

I saw this suggestion from Njordomir which reminded me of a "Wildy" of sorts - a top section of the map is nether in good ole Runescape style.

Sounds good, right?

Fast forward 6 months to the implementation of this. The admins are ruthlessly charging 5 GBP a month to get access to this exclusive area. Being that most of the resources only spawn in this area, Tickling_Turkey has a virtual monopoly on diamonds as he'd the only one autistic enough to pay for it. Wergo and ashnwill have suddenly been best friends with him for years. They siphone resources away at will to fuel their epeens, but Tickling_Turkey could care less as he simply asks Bonkill for more, who complies. Meanwhile the Spyrates and Dietcrew have been reduced to leather and stone as they're unwilling to deconstruct any part of their vault for diamonds. Our overlord Turkey is bored - he posts a bounty of $50 on a petty newfriend. He knows this is wrong, but he hides under the facade that the ensuing drama will boost server population. DietCrew and the Spyrates both want the money - they know with only a few fighters in the Wildy they will be able to -

You know what writing fanfic is boring as hell lol

I think a top third of the map being nether would be pretty gr8 though. It removes the whole top-nether-killing-overworld-transportation problem as well as providing nostolgia for us Runescape nerds. Better than a few scattered nether biomes (or it being on the edges of the map). Not sure if it's plausible with our current map, but who isn't waiting for Devoted 3.0 anyways ¯_(ツ)_/¯
